How do I cancel or change my appointment?

When you booked your appointment either online, in-salon or by phone, you will have received a confirmation email. Go to your email, scroll to the bottom and click ‘View or change my appointment’. You will be taken to a webpage where you can choose to change your appointment to a different date or time or to cancel your appointment. (See pictures below as a guide)
