Hot Stone
Hot stone massages are perfect for clients that just want to relax and benefit from the heat rather than the pressure of a normal massage. The heat from the stones penetrate the muscles 10x deeper than a Swedish massage and releases tension by relaxing the muscles. The gliding movements, combined with the heat of the stones, release and drain away the build up of lactic acid that causes tension and pain.
